Purpose-built for the south suburbs

We built the technology that connects people to careers.

AI Workforce Partner pairs a purpose-built talent platform with more than twenty years rooted in Lansing and the south suburbs, so residents reach good jobs and employers reach the people who can do them.

Where the region is actually hiring

The platform

A talent pipeline that works the way the region hires.

AI Workforce Partner is a purpose-built platform for talent pipeline management. It helps our team find the right people, reach the right employers, and keep every candidate moving, so no one falls through the gap between an opening and a hire.

01

Pipeline management

Every candidate, from first contact to hire, tracked in one place so the next step is always clear and no one gets lost.

02

Employer outreach

Reach employers with the roles our candidates are ready for, at the moment those employers are actually hiring.

03

Candidate prospecting

Surface people who match real, open demand, including the ones the traditional system tends to overlook.

04

Partner prospecting

Spot the employers and business partners worth pursuing before the opening goes cold or the moment passes.

People stay in the loop.

The platform does the heavy lifting of matching and outreach. Our career coaches and business staff make the calls. We hold participant information to strict privacy and security standards, and we never hand judgment about a person's future to a machine.

For people

A local on-ramp to a good job.

Most people near Lansing do not lack ambition. They lack a nearby door into the region's opportunity. We are that door: an honest assessment, a plan, training that ends in a credential, and a real job on the other side.

The evidence

Why the south suburbs, and why now.

We did not pick this service area off a map. The data pick it: high need, real demand a short drive away, and a credential gap we are built to close.

Where we work

Purpose-built for Lansing and the south suburbs.

We are not a national tool pointed at a zip code. Lansing has been our home for more than twenty years, and the Halsted Street corridor in Chicago Heights nearly as long. We know these streets, these employers, and these families, because we have been part of them.

Hover the map to see how the flagship in Lansing reaches the surrounding communities, each a short drive from the region's fulfillment centers, health systems, and the manufacturers of the Calumet corridor.

Our approach

Outcomes, not activity.

01

Human-AI collaboration

The platform does the matching and the outreach. People make the decisions. Judgment about someone's future never belongs to a machine.

02

Equity by design

We start where the need is highest and build access for people the system usually leaves waiting.

03

Good jobs, not just jobs

Every pathway is built to cross the Cook County living-wage line, not to stop at a first paycheck.

04

Accountable to results

We measure what matters: people hired, credentials earned, and paychecks that hold up over time.

About

Two decades in these communities. A new chapter in workforce.

AI Workforce Partner is the workforce practice of Wholecell LLC, a company that has run local businesses in Lansing for more than twenty years, and across the south suburbs, including the Halsted Street corridor in Chicago Heights, since 2005. For years we have hired residents of these communities and moved them from a first job into supervision and management. We know this labor market because we have been part of it.

Now we are bringing that experience, and a talent platform we built ourselves, to workforce services. Our leadership is anchored by Nadeem Khan, with more than 25 years in operations, staffing, and community-facing business across Lansing, Chicago Heights, and South Holland.
